Capstan Hauling has a wide range of equipment capable of hauling various equipment including pipe, heavy equipment, drilling rigs, camp shacks, etc..  Capstan Hauling's picker trucks are also available for wireline and coil tubing jobs as well as large and tandem lifts.

 

Capstan Hauling is locally owned and operated by Richard and Smith Wells. Richard and Smith have been operating Picker trucks in Grande Prairie since 1980 and started Capstan Hauling in 2002. They started out with just two pickers based on their reputation for quality service now employ 14 pickers, 3 bed trucks, 7 winch tractors, 2 cranes and 2 pilot trucks.

 

With their ever increasing number of equipment customers are ensured that Capstan Hauling can handle any project in a safe professional style with a timely turn-around and completion schedule. Capstan Hauling also donates part of their building to Sewing for Kids, a non-profit organization.
